Overview of CopperCube 1.11

This release has many stability and user interface changes, including improved integration with enteliWEB.

New Features in CopperCube

Infrastructure

• Licensing process is improved to allow upgrades in size and SQL connector.
• Archiver engine improved to better deal with non-Delta controllers.

Web User Interface

• Cubes without internet access will display as working on the Status page
• Field upgrade of firmware available from GUI
• The cube shows DHCP address to aid in determining the network address
• Object Collection Time defaults to 0100 (1 am) so that Kaizen Device monitoring can show statistics for the day.
• For security reasons, data transmissions are disabled. To enable, navigate to Settings → Data Destinations
• UI improved so that adding Sites and Devices is better organized.
• Trend Log Management page has many improvements including a direct link to viewing Trend Log data.
• Improved diagnostics with a Site and Device page to show the current status

Issues Fixed in CopperCube 1.11

enteliWEB

• Actively removes the historical sessions that are created by enteliWEB calls to avoid filling the hard drive
• Handles more efficiently the data request from enteliWEB to reduce the CPU load.

Known Issues in CopperCube

Infrastructure

• enteliWEB 2.2 Beta 4 or newer is required to connect to the CopperCube due to patching for poodle vulnerability

Web User Interface

• The backup will fail with large databases. A manual workaround is possible by CopperTree Customer Solutions.
