Health Compliance Package – Domestic Hot Water Flow Temperature Outside Range

Objective/Method/Outcome

Objective: Determines if the domestic water temperature is within the acceptable range.

Method: Checks if the water temperature in outside temperature range for more than the acceptable amount of time

Outcome: If the temperature is outside the acceptable range an insight is generated.

Applicable System

HWS

Description

Monitors DHW Flow Temperature to ensure it is within 50-70 °C to prevent legionella growth.

This rule is part of the CopperTree Standard rule-set.

Diagnosis

  1. Temperature sensors may need calibration.
  2. Review programming logic.

Message
