Health Compliance Package – Overall Heating Saturation
Objective/Method/Outcome
Objective: Determines the average heating valve position across the AHUs.
Method: Calculates the average valve position by taking the sum of HCV across all AHUs are taken and divided by the number of AHUs. This is used to calculate the weekly hours of fault.
Outcome: Triggers an insight.
Description
Calculates average heating valve position across all AHUs, and generates an insight if the average position is higher than the threshold.
Default Priority
Medium
Diagnosis
- Review heating control on AHUs including whether valves are manually overridden.
Message
The overall heating system could be saturated, the average heating valve position is above the threshold.
