Maximum Logic Block
Description
Maximum Logic Blocks are used to calculate an all-time maximum of a particular trend log over a specified time period.Applications include:
- Keeping track of maximum temperature to estimate maximum cooling costs
- The monitoring pH level of sewage water
Functionality
The output of a Maximum logic block is a data series such that:
- Time stamps are identical to that of input data series
- All values are equal to the maximum value among all the data points of the input data series
