Minimum Logic Block
Description
Minimum Logic Blocks are used to keep track of the all-time minimum of a particular trend log.
- Note that this minimum does not need to appear within your viewable data, as it is the all-time minimum for the entire set of data for the Trend Log
Applications include:
- Keeping track of minimum temperature to estimate maximum heating costs
- Monitoring pH level of sewage water
Functionality
The output of a Minimum Logic Block is a data series such that:
- Timestamps are identical to that of input data series
- All values are equal to the minimum value among all the data points of the input data series
