Pressure Data Logic Block
Description
The Pressure Data Logic Block will provide the local barometric pressure data based on the postal/zip code provided. It outputs a data set of pressure levels in millibars (mbar) or hectopascals (hPa) every 3 hours (Note: 1 mbar = 1 hPa). Data is received from World Weather Online, and includes an 18-hour forecast in addition to historical data.

Functionality
The Logic Block will provide the pressure data of the nearest weather station, as milibars (mbar) every three hours.
- Geographical coverage: Canada, US, and world.
- Data Intervals: ONLY 3-hour data available.
- History and Forecast: ONLY Historical and 18-hour forecast data available.
Block Configuration
Configuration for the Pressure Data Logic Block is simple, with the only options being the block name and postal code.
Name: changes the name of the block as it appears in the logic flow. It is best practice to use a concise, descriptive name.
Postal Code(Data request): Does not have to be only postal code, airport code (IATA), city name, latitude/longitude, IP address are also acceptable. See the examples below:
- Postal Code: is used to locate the nearest relevant weather station.
- Airport code, e.g. LHR (London Heathrow Airport)
- City name, e.g. Stuttgart, Germany
- Latitude/Longitude, e.g. 49.1947, -123.1839 (Vancouver’s Latitude and Longitude)
- IP address, e.g. 206.122.22.101
