Overview of Kaizen 1.3.2
Coppertree Kaizen Version 1.3.2 has been released to the Production environment in 2014-01-17. This release contains feature improvements and bug fixes.

Infrastructure
- Hardware updates have resulted in a significant improvement in Kaizen client response times.
Web User Interface
Charts
- Charts – New chart functionality and chart templates have been created
- Templates – 26 new chart templates have been created. These templates have been placed in the community library and can be used in any building.
- Consumption – Whole-year monthly consumption, baseline, and target overlaid with average monthly OAT (area) in column chart with user-selectable year. Table shows chart data with peak and minimum monthly demand values. Inputs of 2-5 meters.
- Consumption Comparison – Meter breakdown consumption in column chart with user-selectable date range and interval. The table shows chart data. Inputs of 2 – 5 meters.
- Consumption by Meter – Total meter breakdown consumption overlaid with ‘occupied/unoccupied’ sub-totals in column chart with user-selectable date range. Table shows chart data with peak and minimum demand values. Inputs of 1 – 3 meters.
- Cumulative Consumption – Meter breakdown cumulative sum consumption in stacked area chart with user-selectable date range and interval. The table shows chart data. Inputs of 2 – 5 meters.
- Consumption Target – Cumulative sum consumption and target (line) in area chart with user-selectable date range and interval. The table shows chart data with consumption vs. target differential. Inputs of 2 – 5 meters.
- Daily Average – Meter breakdown average demand and baseline inline chart with user-selectable date range and day-of-week(s). Table data shows chart data. Inputs of 1 – 2 meters.
- Chart Creation – Chart instances are now created using a new set of configuration controls. These tools will allow the user to specify chart labels, meter input definitions, and chart colors.
Logic Flows
- Calculated Trend Logs – A new Logic Block in the Logic Flows allows the creation of new Trend Logs in the Vault. These TLs will represent the output of any Logic Block in a Logic Flow, and can be used during analytics as any other Trend Log data. To have the data generated, the Logic Flow needs to be scheduled via an Insight instance.
- Zooming – The view size of the Logic Flow can now be modified easily.
- Highlighting – When a Logic Block is selected, it will be highlighted in a red border.
Golden Standards
- Show Property Differences button text has been corrected.
- Object properties that contain complex information will now show a message for the user to view the property value in BACnet network workstation.
Device Monitoring
- The page load time has been reduced significantly.

Web User Interface
Admin System
- New buildings are now being created properly.
- Device Settings site names can now be defined with spaces in the name. This will match similar functionality when configuring CopperCubes.
- Proper password verification is now being performed when a new user is created.
Energy
- Long meter name is now handled properly
- Duplicate unit names have been removed from the Gas Meter Creation page.
- Energy pages can now be saved under My Favorites.
- Replaced generic buttons in the energy pages with icons.
- The scaling of the Energy view has been improved, and a vertical scroll bar has been implemented.
- The tree arrow controller now functions properly to expand and collapse the meter hierarchy
Navigation
- Favorite Buildings – A bug existed where Buildings would disappear off the Favorite buildings list. This has been fixed.
- Insights- Date range search selector only selectable to the current date
