Preparation Process
To prepare for your CopperTree service and ensure a quick and easy installation please complete and return the Onboarding Packet provided by your CopperTree account representative.
Device Requirements
- Arcnet protocol running
- Network ID
- Username and password
- Report route (default is _common/webservices/Report)
- Building ID’s

Setting up a CopperTree User
A CopperTree User needs to be set up. In the WebCTRL interface:
1. Click on the Gear icon on the left sidebar.
2. Click on the “Privilege Sets” option.
3. On the main screen, click “Add”. Choose a name for the CopperTree User.
4. Under Functional Privileges, enable “Remote Data Access – SOAP”
