Preparation Process
To prepare for your CopperTree service and ensure a quick and easy installation please complete and return the Onboarding Packet provided by your CopperTree account representative.
Device Requirements
- 10000 points per CopperTree device, ~800 controllers
- BAS (Building Automation System) subnet and IP
- Port numbers (for both BAS and network)
- If the BAS is not on the outbound internet, it’ll need a connection to the internet via a USB-eth adapter
- This will require further configuration on the device (change eth0 → eth1)
