KbA0055: Troubleshooting Account Verification

Kaizen Users will be sent a verification email after Kaizen update V3.8.7. The verification email is only valid for 5 days if your verification email has expired before you clicked on it, or if you did not receive an email, you can follow one of the following two methods to gain access to Kaizen:

  1. Reach out to an Admin user with a verified account and they will be able to resend your verification email using the steps here.
  2. Reach out to CopperTree at [email protected], available 0730-1630 (Monday to Friday),

Once you receive the verification email, please follow the steps here to gain access to Kaizen.
