This page explains the process of getting a replacement for your CopperCube in a case where you need one.
Advance Replacements
- Contact Delta RMA ([email protected]) with the following:
- A PO# for the Advance Replacement item
- The shipping address
- The contact name
- The serial number of the CopperCube on site
- Speed of shipping required (ground, 3 days, 2 days, or overnight)
- If you are a non-Delta partner, CopperTree will provide the required information (as above) to RMA i.e., CopperTree will act as the Delta Partner.
