This page explains the process of getting a replacement for your CopperCube in a case where you need one.

Advance Replacements

  • Contact Delta RMA ([email protected]) with the following:
    • A PO# for the Advance Replacement item
    • The shipping address
    • The contact name
    • The serial number of the CopperCube on site
    • Speed of shipping required (ground, 3 days, 2 days, or overnight)
  • If you are a non-Delta partner, CopperTree will provide the required information (as above) to RMA i.e., CopperTree will act as the Delta Partner.
