Certain navigation and other user interface elements may not display or function correctly after upgrading the CopperCube from v1.11 to 1.20. This KbA explains how to fix this issue.
When upgrading the CopperCube from v1.11 to 1.20, some UI pages may already be cached in the browser. If you use the same computer to adjust the site name or allowed ranges, the previously cached pages can cause certain page elements to not appear, or navigation may fail.
To fix this issue, clear the browser cache.
The easier way to fix the issue is to keep updating the CopperCube to reach the current version
