Objective/Method/Outcome
Objective: Determines if the zone air humidity is outside the set humidity for more than the acceptable time threshold.
Method: Checks if the zone humidity is outside the set value for more than 1.5 hours and determines an urgency score depending on the level of variation of humidity from the acceptable range and the amount of time it was outside of the range.
Outcome: Creates an insight and assigns an urgency score.

Ensure indoor humidity is within ASHRAE standard of comfort range.
This rule is part of the CopperTree Standard rule-set.

Diagnosis
- Verify sensor location.
- Verify sensor has power.
- Verify reading in BMS.
- Replace if the sensor is broken.
