Maximum Logic Block

Description

Maximum Logic Blocks are used to calculate an all-time maximum of a particular trend log over a specified time period.Applications include:

  • Keeping track of maximum temperature to estimate maximum cooling costs
  • The monitoring pH level of sewage water

Functionality

The output of a Maximum logic block is a data series such that:

  • Time stamps are identical to that of input data series
  • All values are equal to the maximum value among all the data points of the input data series
