  • Read Only – Cascade: Can view Buildings in Client and Sub-Clients
  • Read Only – Selected Buildings: Can only view selected Buildings
  • Read/Write – Cascade: Can edit Buildings in Client and Sub-Clients

    • Lists all Users in the Client and those Clients above it in the Client Tree

Granting Admin privileges is as simple as adding a user to the Admin Group.

We can also add users who do not belong to the Client or any of its Parent Client.

Consultant Users

Users added to Groups from outside those Groups’ Clients are referred to as Consultant Users. Note that Consultant Users may not be added to the Admin Group.

In order to add a Consultant User to a Group:

  1. Click the ‘Add Instance’ icon from the Group’s configuration page
  2. Enter the Kaizen user’s email address
  3. Click ‘Submit’
