Method: Monitors the recorded Supply Air Temperature to determine if it is changing, the absolute values of the change are added and the daily average daily change during occupied hours is found.

Description
Monitors supply air temperature to determine if it is modulating excessively. This rule is part of the CopperTree Standard ruleset.
