Description
Buildings can be moved between Clients if a user feels like reorganizing their Building / Client structure.
Procedure
Contact [email protected] with the name of the Building you would like moved and the Client it should be moved to.
We will need to redeploy your CopperCube to the new Client unless the Building is moved to a Client under the one where it is currently deployed. We will request that you record the MAC address of your CopperCube before we make any changes.
Some of the setups in your Building will need to be reconfigured after the move, so we will request that you also take note of your CopperCube Device Ranges, and Report / Insight subscriptions.
