Health Compliance Package – Overall Cooling Saturation

Objective/Method/Outcome

Objective: Determines the average cooling valve position across the AHUs.

Method: Calculates the average valve position by taking the sum of CCV across all AHUs are taken and divided by the number of AHUs. This is used to calculate the weekly hours of fault.

Outcome: Triggers an insight.

Description

Calculates average cooling valve position across all AHUs, and generates an insight if the average position is higher than the threshold.

Default Priority

Medium

Diagnosis

  1. Review cooling control on AHUs including whether valves are manually overridden.

Message

The overall cooling system is saturated, the average cooling valve position is above the threshold.

Rule Template

Insight Type: Fault Detection

Trigger Type: Active High

Logic

Logic for determining if overall cooling is saturated
