Method: Checks if the sash is open for more than the acceptable amount of time by comparing the position of the sash and threshold during unoccupied hours.
Outcome: Creates a CTL and insight if the sash is open during unoccupied hours

Monitor the Sash Position TL and generate an Insight if Sash is open during unoccupied hours for more than 8 hours a week.

Diagnosis
- Sash position may be in manual. Review control.
- Contact Fume Hood operator to review Sash open/close levels.
