Widget Descriptions

Introduction

All widgets are based on aggregations of either Calculated Trend Logs (CTL’s) or on Insights. FDD Portfolio does not aggregate raw trend log data. The aggregated values displayed in the widgets are based either on the current(latest) value of the Calculated Trend Log or Insight or a trend of that value over the last 30 days. Widgets can display a totalized value or a breakdown based on clicking control elements within the widget.

Map Widget

Description

Provides a map view showing the physical location of buildings. The location of a building is set on the building profile page in Kaizen.

Portfolio Level
  • The locations of all buildings within the portfolio and any sub-portfolios combined are shown.
Building Level
  • The building’s location is shown.
System Level
  • The building’s location is shown.

Description

Description

Provides a high-level aggregate sum of the CTL’s with ‘kWh’ in the CTL name. E.g. “kwh”, “KWH”, “KwH”.

KPI Widget

Description

Provides a high-level aggregate average KPI for each KPI metric that is found. KPI scores are identified and aggregated based on the compound tag used to tag the KPI CTL. The following tagging rule defines how KPI CTL’s should be tagged in order for them to appear in the FDD Portfolio dashboards. __kpi Some examples:

Description

Provides a high-level aggregate view of Insights by Rule Template ranked by Active Insight Count or by Potential Savings. Where a Rule Template is a logic rule such as FDD, Energy, KPI with a logic flow.

Portfolio Level
  • Card Widget: No card widget.
  • Breakdown Widget: Displays aggregate count of all active insights and all potential savings for all buildings in the portfolio. This is broken down by rule template and each rule template can be expanded to show a breakdown of active insight count or potential savings for that template by building.
Building Level
  • Card Widget: No card widget.
  • Breakdown Widget: Displays an aggregate count of all active insights and all potential savings for all systems in a building broken down by rule template. Each rule template can be expanded to show a list containing the insight message, system name, and potential savings for that insight.
