Adding Enhanced Prioritization to a Rule Template

Description

Some templates do not have enhanced prioritization or you may want to change the calculation details. To add this requires editing the logic flow.

Procedure

The following steps detail how to add enhanced prioritization to a rule template:

  1. Find the Rule Template in the building. Copy it from the Community Library if necessary.
  2. Edit the Rule Template and go to the next step to see the Logic Flow.
  3. Add a new Multiple Expression block for the new trigger.
    • This is to trigger an insight based on the new Impact
  4. Add a new Calculated Trend Log block.
  5. Within the Calculated Trend Log block, is an option, Kaizen Variable to select the prioritization category.
    • Select the desired category
    • For Impact Categories, ensure this value is in the range of 0 – 100 per week
    • For Cost Saving, Ensure this value is zero or positive and represents annual savings.
