Getting your Insights out of Kaizen in a deliverable format can now be done from the Insight Management page.
Gone are the days of choosing an Insight Chart Template, configuring the Working Chart, then finally generating PDFs.
Now it’s as simple as clicking Export and choosing your desired format. Then your download will begin and the data will resemble exactly what you were just viewing in Kaizen.
Procedure
The following steps show how to export insight reports:
- Construct your desired View. Click here to learn how to build views.
- Click Export.
- Choose your desired format:
- CSV – outputs each column in the current view separated by a comma. The View column will be output as the Insight ID.
- Excel – outputs the current view as a table in an Excel Workbook. The View column will be output as the Insight ID
- PDF – outputs the current view as a table in a PDF. The view column will be output as a link to the Insight Details.
Procedure to Report on Multiple Views
The following shows steps that can be used to report multiple views:
- Click on Create Insight Report under the Insights drop-down.
- Set the PDF format by clicking the gear icon.
- Give a Title and Description to your Report.
- Select the various Views to add to the Report.
- Click the play button to generate and download this Report.
