Description
Subscribing to a View enables you to receive emails which highlight the Insights you care most about.
You can subscribe to as many Views in as many of your Buildings, and they will all be summarized in a single email.
User Settings
Before you begin subscribing to Views, you’ll want to verify your subscription settings.
- Click on your name in the top-right corner of Kaizen
- Select ‘Profile’ from the dropdown
- Click the Pencil icon to edit your User Profile
- The two settings that you’ll want to configure are ‘Time Zone’ and ‘Daily Insight Report Delivery’
Subscribing to Views
Subscribing and managing subscriptions is done at the Building level, however, multiple building subscriptions will be grouped into a single email to reduce inbox clutter.
How to Subscribe to Individual Views
You can subscribe to individual Insight Management Views on the fly.
- Navigate to the Insight Management page of a Building by clicking Insights > Insight Management
- Select your desired View (must be a Default View, or a saved Custom View)
- Click the ‘Subscribe’ checkbox
- Select your subscription frequency: Daily, Weekly, Monthly
Manage Building Subscriptions
To see and manage all of your subscriptions in an individual Building, you can use the Insights > Insight Subscription page
- Navigate to Insights > Insight Subscription
- Use the checkboxes to select your desired Views
- Use the dropdowns to adjust the subscription frequency
- You can also choose to remove a View from your subscription if there are no Insights in it by using the secondary checkbox
