Description
Many Rule Templates in Kaizen have default deadbands or constants that can be adjusted to represent your building more accurately.
Adjust Constants
These constants can be edited in a Rule Template to affect all associated Working Rules, or in an individual Working Rule to affect just that one.
Adjust Constants for all Working Rules associated with a Rule Template
The following steps detail how to adjust constants for working rules:
- Click the Insights icon from a Building Dashboard.
- Click the Settings icon near the top middle of the Insights Log.
- Use Filters and the Search Bar to find the Rule Template and click the View icon to see it in detail.
- Click the Edit icon to configure the Rule Template.
- Adjust the Constants in the Inputs section at the bottom of the page as desired.
- Click the Save icon.
Adjust Constants for an individual Working Rule
The following steps detail how to adjust constants for an individual working rules:
- Click the Insights icon from a Building Dashboard.
- Click the Settings icon near the top middle of the Insights Log.
- Use Filters and the Search Bar to find the Rule Template and click the View icon to see it in detail.
- Scroll to the Working Rules section and click the View icon of the Working Rule to be edited.
- Click the Edit icon to configure the Working Rule.
- Adjust the Constants in the Inputs section in the middle of the page as desired.
- Click the Save icon.
