Objective/Method/Outcome

  • Objective: Filter and aggregate meter data from a raw cumulative Trend Log sample outputting evergy data in converted units.
  • Method: Data transformation is performed in logic flow with aggregation interval on request. Negative cumulative values are replaced with zero values.
  • Outcome: Filtered, aggregated and converted individual and total energy data on request. Can be used to display energy data in public dashboards via the Kaizen public API.

Logic

  • Input TLs go through the Delta blocks, then a negative number filter zeroes certain values in order to prevent negative number readings. Data is then aggregated and accumulated on an on-request interval.
  • The Multiple Expressions blocks then calculates the conversion from kWh to GJ.
