CopperTree Curator 0.7.1 contains two new features:
- A new Administration System for the self-administration of users and permissions. This system completely replaces the old user administration system,
- The ability to create data flow based Insight rules for FDD.
There are also a number of bug fixes
New Features:
- New administration system to perform self-service management of users, groups, permissions, and device range definitions within the Coppertree system.
Features include:
- User self-service – allowing users to perform common administration tasks so administrators do not need to do them,
- Delegated administration – admin tasks can be performed by partner or client administrators,
- Add and configure Buildings to map device ranges,
- Grant permissions to users to access specific buildings and devices,
- New Curator client option to create dataflow based Insight definitions. This is a portion of the upcoming Insight portfolio.
IMPORTANT: The first time a user accesses the Coppertree curator 0.7.1 system, they should reset their password using the Forget your password? Link on the login page. The same password may be used again. This will synchronize passwords between the Curator Client and Administration Systems.
Bug Fixes:
- Changed the precision of dashboard gauge widgets to two decimal places,
- Updated the formatting of the Reporting definition pages. The functionality remains the same.

NOTE: Prior to access Coppertree Curator 0.7.1, the Google Chrome browser cache needs to be cleared for all time. This is done via the Tools options in the “Customize and Control Google Chrome” menu in the upper right of the Chrome window. This is alternatively accessed using Ctrl+Shift+Del.
