Overview of Kaizen V1.6.7
This release improves the Kaizen operation and fixes issues that were identified. Note that this will be the last planned update to the Kaizen Production servers until Kaizen Version 2.0 is deployed.

Estimator
- The ability for users to create buildings has been restricted to CopperTree users only. This was done to allow the automatic creation of buildings when an order was created in the Estimator.

Estimator
- Handled the case where blank entries in the Partner Multiplier and Target Margin fields would fail in Kaizen client.
Reports
- Fixed an issue with the generation of reports with duplicate names where reports of the same name could fail to run.
